Before we opened our restaurant, writing cookbooks were among the things we'd do to make a living. Cooking on fire was our first book, and was actually the foundation for what we do today. Even if the recipes are very different from the dishes we make at Knystaforsen, we still think the book provide a good introduction if you'd like to learn to master the fire.
